GROUND FLOOR

Formal Living/Dining Room – a quiet and comfortable lounge with two sofas and a CD player. The formal dining table seats 6. One sofa can convert into a double bed.

Family room – This spacious and airy room has a vaulted ceiling, is open plan to the kitchen, and has an open gallery above. The room has patio doors leading out to the pool and sun deck. Relax with the family on one of the sofas and watch the large screen cable tv, together with video recorder and dvd player. The informal breakfast area seats 4 around the table, together with a separate breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, large fridge/ freezer with ice maker, and telephone. This area has a serving hatch and an arch to the formal dining area.

Master bedroom 1 – wake up every morning overlooking the pool !! King size bed , 27” cable tv, dvd, ceiling fan, and bedside telephone. Large patio doors lead on to the extensive patio and pool area. En suite master bathroom with vanity unit, separate shower/wc, and large corner bath. Walk in closet.

POOL AND SPA

	Soak up the sun on the extended patio area with table and chairs and comfortable sunbeds. The extended lanai with two ceiling fans, covering the width of the house, provides shade from the sun. The south facing heated pool is the perfect place to cool off, or why not relax in the spa. The pool and spa have lights to create the perfect evening ambience, are fully screened and a removable safety fence gives peace of mind to parents with young children.
